Order processing
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take longer. You will receive an order confirmation and, when available, a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping destinations and rates
Available destinations, carriers, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address after an order has shipped.
Delivery estimates
Transit estimates shown at checkout begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, remote destinations, and other events outside our control may cause delays. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide available options, including cancellation and a refund when required.
Packaging and care in transit
Dried flower wreaths are carefully secured for delivery. Some light shedding or small shifts can occur with natural dried botanicals. Gently reshape the wreath after unpacking and keep all packaging until you have inspected the item.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking updates can take time to appear. A carrier may mark a package delivered shortly before it is placed at the address. Check the delivery area and contact the carrier first if a package is missing. Then contact us through the Contact Us page so we can help investigate.
Damage, loss, or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly. If it arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for approved claims.
International orders
If international shipping is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.
